At our site in Lemgo, we work with partners to develop new concepts for industrial automation and AI-based robotics in current metaverse infrastructures. Through precise simulations and the integration of real-time data from the physical world, the metaverse enables the design and optimization of AI-based robotic systems, for example.
Developers and AI experts work together in virtual environments and adapt or train existing systems. This allows rapid iterations and improvements of production and automation systems before they are implemented in the physical world. Fraunhofer IOSB-INA is driving the Industrial Metaverse forward, paving the way for companies to an efficient, flexible and safe future of intelligent automation.
