Prof. Beyerer is managing director of the Fraunhofer IOSB. As chairman of the Fraunhofer Segment for Defense and Security VVS he is part of Fraunhofer Gesellschaft's presidential council.
In the board of directors of Fraunhofer IOSB, he especially represents the Karlsruhe site. In addition, Prof. Beyerer holds the Chair of the Vision and Fusion Laboratory at the Institute for Anthropomatics at the Faculty for Computer Science of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
