The VISION 2024 trade fair in Stuttgart is the international trade fair for industrial image processing and identification technologies. This time, Fraunhofer IOSB is participating in the VDMA Technology Days and presenting the Karlsruhe Center for Material Signatures-KCM.

The seminar with practical course "Inspection and characterization of surfaces with image processing" consists of theory and practice. In the first part, theoretical principles and methods of Image processing and surface inspection are presented in the form of lectures and practical applications are described. During the practical course, various inspection systems will be available for students to gain personal experience in small groups.
