Fraunhofer IOSB presents:
Laser-protected sensors
Booth W01
Optronic sensor systems can be temporarily blinded or even irreversibly destroyed by laser radiation. This means that the system is no longer operational during and possibly even permanently after irradiation with laser light. In order to prevent the disruption or destruction of optronic sensor systems, the Optronics department at Fraunhofer IOSB has developed various sensor protection concepts and hardening measures that can be used regardless of the laser wavelength. One example of such a protection concept is the hardened sensor.
ISR-Manager App - Resource-optimized sensor deployment planning
Booth W01
In order to deal effectively with the increasing complexity of today's threats, decision-makers need a high level of situational awareness. Appropriate and timely information forms the basis for this. Meeting the demand for this information requires effective and efficient use of the available ISR systems.

Digital Map Table (DigLT)
Booth F14
The digital map table is a software system for distributed position visualization and position processing. Any number of users can work independently on PCs and tablets or together on large displays in the same position.

Interactive recognition assistance for image-based object recognition (Recceman)
Booth F14
Key tasks are the detection and identification of objects, e.g. land vehicles or ships, and the analysis of infrastructures, e.g. port or industrial facilities.

Automated image processing for unmanned aerial vehicles (ABUL)
Booth F14
The video data recorded by the drones is sent to the ground stations via various types of data connection, where the displayed video streams are analyzed by human operators using the latest technology.
